An app with EMR and RSPB to protect pigeons nesting in risky areas like railway stations. Inspired by cat feeding stations in China, I designed a modern pigeon shelter with food, beds, and a live-streaming camera. Users can feed pigeons remotely, earn rewards through a cooking fever inspired game, and get discounts on train tickets and RSPB content.
