Hey, I am Eloise!

I'm Eloise, an illustrator based in Leicester. I love to work on illustrated projects for children's books, brands and stationery, particularly around the themes of sustainability, inclusivity, self-acceptance and heritage. I am passionate about creating positive change in the world through incorporating creating meaningful messages in my work that are thought-provoking and encourage action. I enjoy utilising emerging augmented reality technology into my illustrated projects and am excited about how the digital can make stories accessible to a wider audience.

The living Past

BRANDING EDITORIAL CAMPAIGN

Campaign for Morris&Co Even those of us who value quality are reaching to the convienience of Amazon and other large retail brands selling mass produced versions of Morris&Co designs. This is destorying the value of Morris&Co and means the makers of the hand crafted designs are not receiving what they deserve for their craftsmanship. Because there has been an increase in the use of convenient online platforms in current generations, the solution to Morris&Co’s problem was a campaign that effectively utilsed social media, digital and emmerging augmented reality software.

A children's book for 0-2 years about common garden animals, with a fun turning spinner! Spin and See aimed to introduce early numbers and sounds in a fun and simple way. The book also featured a music playlist of animal sounds.

Joy of the Old

BRANDING MOTION UI/UX

Joy of the Old was a scheme that encouraged young people to buy old items and antiques such as crockery, ornaments and clocks from elderly people who were downsizing and no longer had space for them. This was done through packaging for antiques that consisted of a reusable storytelling box with magnets, creating zero waste and harming the environment. The packaging’s narrative had three parts: the antique’s fragile, aged nature like an elderly person, its past life, and how it brings joy to its new owner.
